Early Registration: Early registration opens on March 15th, 2022 and runs until May 15th, 2022.
Late Registration: Late registration begins on May 16th, 2022 and runs until June 30th, 2022.
Last Minute Registration: Last minute registration begins on July 1st, 2022 and runs until the start of the conference (July 18th, 2022)

- (1) All registrations (except for the accompanying persons program) will give access to all sessions, meals, coffee breaks, social events and technical visits.
- (2) Online Registration will be available for all attendees who have difficulty moving from their home countries. In applicable cases, it will be possible to modify the on-site registration and change it to online until June 30.
- (3) Registration in the accompanying persons program will only give access to the social events (ice breaker party, welcome dinner, conference dinner) and technical visits.
- (4) From July 2, 2022, only Last minute registration will be available.
- Student registration is now closed. The maximum number of places has been reached.

Registration is open from 15 March 2022. The deadline for Early Bird Registration is 15 May 2022 . The deadline for Last Registration is 1 July. From 1 July, only Last Minute Registration will be possible, subject to availability of places.

Instructions during the Registration process
- Access to the Conference Registration platform on the website
- Create a username and password if you are accessing this website for the first time. Use the option indicated if you are not a UPV member
- Enter your personal details. Once completed you will receive a confirmation email to complete the registration on the platform
- Once on the platform, you can start the registration process. You can register yourself or register someone else
- Whether you are registering yourself or registering on behalf of someone else, please enter your personal data:

Invitation Letters
It is important to note that under the Immigration Rules of the European Union and in order to attend an event in Spain, nationals of certain countries must apply for a visa before travelling. If you need a letter of invitation for your visa application, please contact us with all your personal details (Full Name, Affiliation, Passport Number, Country, Personal Address, …).
