- Place used for plenary sessions: Paraninfo (Auditorium of the UPV, building 3A).
- Places for parallel sessions: Different conference rooms along the university. One of the rooms for the parallel sessions will be left free, so that the delegates have a space where they can finalize their presentations, check their emails and, in general, to be able to work in a quiet way. All these rooms are close (less than 5 min walk).
- The restaurant for lunches: La Vella Restaurant, inside the university. This restaurant has an experience of more than 25 years in catering for congresses and conferences. Coffee-breaks will be served at the exit of the conference rooms during the different planned breaks. Lunches will be served in the restaurant itself which is located very close to the rooms hosting the sessions and conferences.
- Conference secretary. Registration will be just in front the Paraninfo of the university.
Our University
Some aspects of the infrastructure of our university are:
Wi-Fi
At present, the coverage of Wi-Fi reaches the entire university. Every delegate will have a personal user and password to be able to connect to internet via Wi-Fi.
Accessibility
There are accessibility for people with disabilities in all rooms and places where the congress were held.
Assistants
In all rooms of the conference there will be one or several assistants of the organization to attend the delegates.
Covid Free
All rooms will have a COVID protocol. Attendees will be informed of the active protocol at the time of the conference.

They will offer you the opportunity to get around the city whilst seeing the sights as you travel. If you decide to travel by bus, it is worth considering buying combined tickets that will allow you to take the bus as well as the tram and the metro.

Valencia's subway is one of the quickest and easiest ways to get around the city. It is a comfortable way to travel in the summer as there is air conditioning in the carriages.
TRAMS
There will be parts of Valencia that you cannot reach by subway. For these occasions there is generally a tram that takes its place. If you buy one of Valencia's combined ticket options that also cover buses and the metro, you will also be able to travel on the trams.

TAXI
Throughout Valencia you will see taxis that you can hail to take you quickly and conveniently around the city. Any movement within the city will cost a maximum of 10 €, in many cases less than 6 €. If you would like to book a taxi in advance, you can do this by calling up a taxi company.
WALKING
If you have some time on your hands, there's no better way to get around Valencia than by walking. It will give you the opportunity to really take in your surroundings. You can take a walk around the old town or even head down the reconstructed river bed to the City of Art and Sciences and the beach. Valencia is a relatively small city, so if you have the time, make the most of your break and take a relaxing stroll.
GREEN MOBILITY
You can also get around using any of the environmentally friendly mobile systems: bicycles, motorcycles and electric bicycles, and scooters. There is a wide range of these devices in the city.
